Ghouls just wanna have fun! Sip into the spooky season with this Pomegranate Potion cocktail. Made with three simple yet tasty ingredients and easy to pour up for the witching hour.

Ultra Brut is our driest sparkling wine, it's low dosage highlights structure. The tartness of the pomegranate and Aperol offset the crisp fruit and delicate minerality of this sparkling wine that leaves your mouth watering.

Ingredients

Serving size: 1 cocktail

  • 1/2 ounce 100% pomegranate juice (bottled or fresh squeezed)
  • 1/2 ounce Aperol (or orange juice)
  • 4 ounces (1/2 cup) of Ultra Brut filled to the brim of the glass

Instruction

Measure and add the pomegranate juice and Aperol to a single champagne flute, or Crystal Coupe.

Tilt the glass and pour in the sparkling wine, desired amount or to the rim of the glass.

Optional: garnish with an orange slice, rosemary sprig, or spider!
