We love to celebrate the flavors of the season with our Sparkling Summer Sangria featuring Domaine Carneros sparkling wine, ripe juicy peaches and raspberries. This colorful, refreshing sangria adds a festive touch to your picnic and stays well-chilled, sip after sip.

Making sangria with sparkling wine translates to a lighter and fresher version than the typical red wine-based sangria.

Pro-tip: freeze the fresh fruit in advance and bring the pre-mixed vodka and nectar in a jar for easy on-the-blanket assembly.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 750ml bottle of Domaine Carneros Estate Brut or Ultra Brut
  • 4 ounces Vodka
  • 4 ounces Alan Millat Peach nectar, or peach juice
  • 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • Handful of fresh raspberries

Note: We recomend using peach nectar for it's pure peach flavors, but if you can't find the peach nectar, peach juice or even apple juice can act as a substitute.

Instruction

  • In a large pitcher, combine vodka, nectar, and sparkling wine.
  • Add frozen peaches to the pitcher to keep the sangria cold.
  • Pour into a stemless wine glass, top with a handful of vibrant red raspberries and head outside to enjoy in the summer sunshine!
