Watermelon Bellini

4 cups cubed watermelon
Chilled Domaine Carneros Estate Brut

Place watermelon in a food processor or blender
Process until smooth. Strain though a fine mesh sieve and discard solids.
You should have 1 cup of watermelon juice.
Pour about 2 ounces of watermelon juice into a flute and top with Domaine Carneros Estate Brut. Garnish with a small slice of watermelon, if desired.
