The experience begins with your first step down a secluded staircase into the swank Art-Deco inspired lounge called ‘Salon des Reves.’ Emerging into this moody green & gold themed space, a welcome splash of bubbles will set the tone for an elegant pairing of three sparkling wines and 6 oysters. Customize and enhance your tasting with imported Tsar Nicoulai caviar and fresh Ceviche, or additional Oysters (pre-order each).

Prepaid booking includes flight of 2 oz each Estate Brut, Brut Rosé, and Verméil Demi-Sec, and 6 oysters.
